Stop creating a fire heavy culture. No one likes to lose their job and no one wants to join a place with so much instability.
Don't pay people a fraction of their salary for the first 3 months. I've never seen this done before and seems highly unfair.
I just think that, as a smaller company, the health insurance options aren't that great. It has nothing to do with the company as much as what is available for a company our size.
Sales and marketing have a terrible relationship and certain individuals refuse to collaborate who are vital to the process. This causes almost complete breakdown in process and impacts the effectiveness of the entire sales team. Sales and Marketing should be best friends.
Don't have a culture of fear and non collaboration.
More formalized process, I honestly would have never joined if I knew how disjoined things would be and the level of abuse I experienced at the hands of my manager personally.
People stonewalled me on several products and did not have a genuine interest to help enable the sales team at all. Reporting never looked good and frequently was hidden by certain individuals or ignored completely. Projects never seen to completion.
