We have a competitive pay rate.
Great stock equity for leadership positions. Good benefits. I just bought a Ipad Air ($800) with money i earned from our employee wellbeing program (Stryker Strive)
The flexibility. While not technically a "benefit", being able to work a schedule that works for me and my life is huge.
Pay is below most competitive companies. The benefits aren't bad.
Healthcare and performance bonus provisions.

Vacation, vacation, vacation, vacation, vacation
Review from Product Dept
Stryker is very honest about what went in the decision making process. Personally being in a role that wasn't lock into a pay grade that were looked into a lot of different sides of the business

The total compensation package. Great pay, vacation, benefits and employee assistance programs available.
Review from HR Dept
VERY undervalued as I was simply a normal guy with an amazing work ethic.
There needs to be more transparency!
Give men and women equal opportunity to receive equal pay. In results-oriented compensation, giving women lesser opportunities or making them have more qualifications to be hired than their male counterparts shows women they are trusted less and it means they are paid less as well.
working a lot of ovetime hours, not being heard/ understood, work dynamic is always changing.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Raises are well below market. Employees are leaving all the time for better offers. I've had multiple offers in the past year above my current salary (including benefits). The only reason I haven't left was the longer commute time to another job.

MANAGER IS UNDERSKILLED AND NO DISCUSSION OF DEVELOPMENT
Review from HR Dept
The structure can be made more flexible
Review from HR Dept
Stryker has historically been a male, sales driven organization and I think they still have some catching up to do not only with female and minority representation across the board but also with the compensation those groups are receiving compared to their counterparts.
Review from Marketing Dept
Employees are not paid per tech standards and are not given stock options
Review from HR Dept
internal equity is not always aligned to external market
Review from HR Dept
paid more on performance than salary
Review from HR Dept
The job market in the area in which I live is a good one. Although we have great benefits, I'd like to be paid (salary) equal to those in the same position as me in my area at other companies.
Review from HR Dept
Sales roles are paid well, internal roles are paid average.
Review from HR Dept
I believe I am paid lower than others on my team with the same job level and title. I would just like to be paid equally.
Review from HR Dept
Salaries are low as compared to industry standard.
Review from Engineering Dept
Similar companies in the area pay significantly more. People are constantly asked to do things that are outside the scope of their responsibilities because they are so worried about headcount that we are understaffed.
