What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Healthcare should not be run by those who fo not understand Healthcare. It should be about patients health and not about how much earnings they can make.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?With my knowledge and other employee's knowledge in keeping a department or departments running smoothly without leadership knowledge, they should be compensated better.
