Its been challenging. I've learned a lot about interacting with folks and listening to others. Its still a very top down traditional organization but it does strive to change.

It's a fun supportive place.

My experience has been very positive. I have been provided opportunity to grow, learn, and advance. I truly enjoy everyone I work with and am excited to see where we go from here at Sunrise

ICP bonuses are very beneficial and the Bank leadership does a good job keeping the Bank aimed at meeting its goals, remaining profitable, and paying out to it's hardworking employees.

Competitive pay and great bonus package

Employees take on a lot and generally do it the Sunrise way. Our benefits were arbitrarily changed in 2021 and it really messed with our family. Compensation has been good but further recognition especially in light of how well the bank did during a pandemic was expected. It was a hard time

Inflation has changed the landscape.

I am underpaid based on what other collogues are making in similar positions.

The cost of living is so high and the raises did not do anything to combat that.

I have been told for about a year and a half that I will be promoted, but no promotion yet

Their intelligence and creativity when dealing with issues.

Talk less and listen more.

We seem to honor individuals and don't force folks to feel or beleive a certain way, I really like that approach.

It's a very collaborative place.

I love that the Bank truly gives back to the community and those in need. I also really love that the Bank has allowed remote work. It is such a great work life balance to be able to work remotely

It is collaborative across teams and departments. It takes a village and Sunrise is a village full of helpful people.

Probably when we get feedback from a customer, internal or external, confirming we did something well and met expectations. We don't always know so hearing it helps and it works the same for criticism.
