Everyone is willing to help each other and truly cares for eachother

I am underpaid based on what other collogues are making in similar positions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency. It is refreshing that they really share where the company is at and the direction we are heading with goals
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that the Bank truly gives back to the community and those in need. I also really love that the Bank has allowed remote work. It is such a great work life balance to be able to work remotely
