What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about the employees
What I like best is that the leadership teams willingness to listen and their open for change from their employees as well as customers.
They are down to earth and very approachable. They care about the employees and the bank at the same time. They are awesome!
We're treated with respect and the team does a nice job listening.
They communicate and understand that there is a life/work balance
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working with all levels of staff to ensure complete understanding of situations and issues before proceeding with sweeping changes or projects. This will improve transparency at all levels.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything! This compensation package offers a lot at great prices.
Not many companies have an incentive bonus, but Sunrise does, and its pretty amazing.
The best part is the ICP.

I don't use our benefits. They are too expensive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Understanding the value many people bring and that losing them would create hardship for others. Also, an overall review of pay across the organization would potential show that while some areas are compensated well others are over or under compensated based on their value and contributions.
disappointed in pay scale is a universal 'gripe' in the job market. I think my job is just as important than others within this company
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very helpful and willing to assist as needed on different tasks
Our teamwork is the best.
We all support each other, so if we're missing a person we pick up the slack, and vice versa. We all seem to genuinely care about each other's well being as well.
Everyone is honest and open and seem to genuinely care about each other. They do their best to always help out whenever and wherever it is needed.
Everyone comes together to get us to the finish line.

Everyone is friendly and willing to help if needed
The diversity as well as feeling like family.
Sunrise does their best to ensure that everyone is treated equally not matter the gender, the color, the ethnicity etc...they make everyone feel valued and important no matter the job.
Very motivated culture. The environment is solid.
