Very undervalued, always recieve negative feedback when giving report. Always understaffed and expected to be able to complete all tasks, chores, rounds, and entertain the wonderers throughout the night and day.

I have been comparing my rate with rates in the area and mine is one of the lowest for my years of service and experience upon hire. I also do work on a continuing basis outside of my job description without just compensation.

To get paid fairly, I feel like I am underpaid for what I do.

I can go get a job starting out pay 15 to 20 dollars an hour at del taco ive been here years and barely make that and the work here is much more stressful than making tacos and when i go to management about issues i am gas lit im caused emotional distress to the point im having panic attcks

To many exspectations , expected to live at the community 24/7 no work life balance at all !

They do not appreciate their employees

Takes advantage of caregiver with out proper compensation, on top of being a caregiver, witness, buser, housekeeper, laundry, make beds, take out trash. Its not easy to give the care residents needs on top of all these responsibilities.
