we all work extremely hard, we are more often than not understaffed and over worked

The site level team at my community is excellent.People who care & value our mission, love caring for residents.We're so hampered & micromanaged by corporate.The focus is in all the wrong places & staffing matrix is poor.Each dept. needs double the # of team. in trouble for overtime but work short.

My team is the best and I think of them as my extended family. I would be happy to spend time with them outside of the office. They work hard and are easy to get along with.

Too many cliques. New hires aren't given the support they need, it was almost like a hazing...
