Too much middle management all focused on what corporate sales wants.We arent dumb, this is a for profit company, but we unilaterally overpromise & underdeliver so it is embarrasing and distressing getting too many residents moving in whose needs & expectations cant be met becsuse we dont staff well
Better pay and treatment of the hourly staff will translate to better service for the residents
