This Community will only thrive if staff and Exective Team is replaced. Very toxic enviroment, you feel it when you walk into the community.
More pay and vacatiob
The length of time is rediculious
They are desperate for employees so they just hire anybody
Too much middle management all focused on what corporate sales wants. We arent dumb, this is a for profit company, but we unilaterally overpromise & underdeliver so it is embarrasing and distressing getting too many residents moving in whose needs & expectations cant be met becsuse we dont staff well
Better pay and treatment of the hourly staff will translate to better service for the residents
Be more service oriented and caring of employees
Short staffing over working underpaying no disipline
The way our boss talk to us
