Major lack of communication with the customers. Sales teams are over promissing and setting unrealistic expectations for the customer. I hear every day from customers how terrible our customer service is and how they get left in the dark for months or even years on issues with their solar systems

Expectations are unclear, lack of accountability across departments, and an attitude unwilling to openly discuss project specifics plague my daily work. There are a lot of people who may have been invaluable at one point, but there is a clear lack of continuing education as the industry persists.

That sounds leaders are not leaders, they are sales reps. The only way that they know how to bleed people is to encourage people to take selfies. They are not skilled and inspiring and motivating people, The guilt and shame, people in group settings. Very high employee turnover

It seems alot of customers are not the most excited to hear about solar. I believe we should just be in retail and not going to peoples houses and interrupting their family time or day off. It seems that it makes them less likely to go with Sunrun because of the constant push to go solar.

In 300 words? It's not possible to cover everything. We are understaffed and underpaid, with poor supervisors and management and minimal group discussion to strengthen our knowledge base (because of management restrictions on meetings). Those who point out the problems are the first out the door.

Please take thoughtful time to consider each change and how it impacts the employee in addition to the customer. Changes are thrown out without much notice and we the people have to figure out the problems and solutions. It is very time consuming and stressful. Need work-life balance.

Major delays with the design team and only have one crew in the area to schedule on. Customers get misinformation from salesman regarding cost of services. Cost of electric bill without solar creating major financial burden that we do not assist with. Overworked case managers with high caseload.

Have Salesforce Admins regularly meet with individual contributors for ideas on how to improve Service Console. Simplify systems and processes. Reduce red tape. Better onboarding and training for new hires.

I'm on a small team and the volume is outrageous. Management has these expectations that seem impossible given said volume and no people. If someone wants to take time off, we drown and then get questioned. It's exhausting. I feel guilty taking breaks because it just chaos.
