What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and responding to the basic needs of the employees
i rate the leadership team as Ivory tower, the look down on the poor common employees, telling them work harder, work longer hours, for 10 to 12 dollars an hour. They pop in, ask what can they do to help, say they are working on it, and nothing changes.

Schefuled incteases are necessary in any market
Actually getting the money for turning in my uniform.
I feel very undervalued working for this company.
Increase in pay or other bonus compensations for the job and tasks being done. Especially during this Covid Pandemic.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They meed to focus on the scope of work
Handling the bullying so that there is none
They pay so low, the only people that are applying are people using this as a cover for "legitimate" income to cover money they earn illegally. I will say I do get pretty good sleep on third shift. if not in my car, I leave most night as long as I am back before morning shift change.

it was a joke, they are so desperate for help at Sunstates, they will hire you if you show up.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The two things I would like to see improve is recruiting and wages. Security is customer service.
