What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always on top of mistakes ! And easy fixes
They want to get to know the employees and encourage advancement. Leadership doesn't hestitate to jump in and help all the employees. They listen to any and all concerns and they take it seriously. I love the fact that they approach everyone with a smile and a great attitude. I love them. :)

Im not really sure about that
We all work together as a team. Almost everyone is a team player. We all laugh and joke and get along. Team work makes the dream work. The team makes the job "fun". This is more than a job; it's a career. I love working with the team. Come join us.
Patrol is great, post officers are great but they are tired of being treated unfairly! OPs Managers make their own schedule and are never any help or to be found! Account manager and assistant account manager has no control iver OPS manager that iis making everyone not want to work there

The people. You get to meet so many different people and the environment is peaceful. It is certainly stress free and it doesn't feel like a job. The culture and environment is amazing. Wish I would have joined Sunstates years ago.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Ms. Harden. She is so delightful. It was very comfortable and relaxing. Ms. Harden makes you laugh while getting to know you. Very personable. I was hired on the spot.
