I Think for the work we do we should be paid more for the chemicals we deal with we should have paid insurance instead they make us sign a waiver so do they really care

Some of the staff feel they are untouchable and act horrible infront of guests
if i got paid better it would be one thing. but i also need to be treated better and praised when i actually take care of things that no one thought i could handle or take care of.
