This leadership team grinds really hard. Success for everyone is the same metric. Happy employees make happy customers. The leadership teams role is to mentor their subordinates to be leaders.
They communicate regularly. Maybe because we are public they know there aren't many secrets to keep. I love my business partners who always are willing to help me be a better version of myself
They are flexible and treat people like humans.
Family comes first. Everyone has a job to do. No one job or person is any better then the other. Team work.
Our bonus plan gives us an opportunity to have an occasional windfall year.
average compensation package, nothing special
I get stock options each year so that I too can share in the success of the company
Health Insurance, 401k, life insurance.
Superior pays on the low side and the annual increase if you're lucky enough to get one (helps to be a family member) generally doesn't equal the increase in health insurance. I've lost financial ground almost every year I was there.
Most truly want company to succeed.
They want to succeed but .management is clueless
We are co-workers and friends, but business is business.
Most meetings are effective. Sometimes a bit too much powerpoint from the some of the leaders.
Respect for authority. Responsibility is shared.
They're constantly throwing luncheons and parties. They do like to have fun.
Its a multi step process. Some of the people interviewing were better than others. Might want to train some people on what to ask in an interview.
Fairly simple process but not a big fan of Caliber test
Nothing special/ just constant misinformation
The welcoming. The introduction. The questions and concerns were met with genuine answers.
The interviewer was very nice and seemed to be interested in what i had to say.
Allowed to be an individual instead of being forced into a mold of what the leadership expects you to be.
Working together to be successful.
