James W. Weidenheimer CPA — Chief Innovation Officer & Executive VP-Corporate Development at SUPERVALU

Mr. James W. Weidenheimer, also known as Jim, CPA, has been Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at SUPERVALU Inc. since April 25, 2016. Mr. Weidenheimer works closely with SUPERVALU's Wholesale and Retail teams to develop and execute on market opportunities, including new business development, cross-channel merchandising and promotions and integration of logistical/delivery solutions for key SUPERVALU customers. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. until January 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. from August 12, 2005 to January 2016 and Senior Vice President of Finance from 2003 to January 2016. Mr. Weidenheimer joined C&S in 1999 as Vice President of Finance, responsible for financial reporting and budgeting. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2003. Mr. Weidenheimer has played a crucial part in the execution of all of C&S''s recent growth transactions and in assuring that C&s Wholesale Grocers, Inc.'s financial infrastructure has kept pace with its rapid growth. Prior to C&S, Mr. Weidenheimer served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the wholesale division of Rich Food Holdings, Inc. and held important positions Wetterau, Inc. Mr. Weidenheimer holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas.
