Communication. Consistent and dependable operational/marketing initiatives and timelines for stores. Not sending "priority communications" multiple times per week.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Chaos is the culture currently. Between the bankruptcy and COVID nothing feels concrete or dependable. Everything feels reactionary and scattered. Not enough uniform direction from Corporate and too much left up to interpretation by district and store leadership.
