Fair treatment of the employees

Chaos is the culture currently. Between the bankruptcy and COVID nothing feels concrete or dependable. Everything feels reactionary and scattered. Not enough uniform direction from Corporate and too much left up to interpretation by district and store leadership.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
