You never meet them . They only communicate through phone calls and text

Freedom to choose and several options
The wage is great, direct deposit efficient
I can put little or a lot of time in, pay is usually kind of equivalent

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Understanding the unknown and making sure im paid.
To be honest, I don't know if there is a culture. I've always thought most everyone works independently like I do, and the office people are probably remote.
To be honest I have no idea. I'm not even sure if the company has a culture, or if everyone's remote to the point that we're all islands.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Seeking to understand each associates abilities
There practically wasn't an interview. I downloaded the app, sent in pictures of all my documents and it was finished. Never had to talk to anybody.
The interview process for this place was great; I will say that for them. Back in 2015 I downloaded their app, it asked if I had merchandising experience and I clicked 'Yes' and that was about it. I scanned in all the documents remotely and didn't have to talk to anybody.
