More competitive base salaries. fairer live-able wages to live in safe parts of metropolitan cities

Invest and pay attention more on technology. Improve engineering infrastructure to enhance productivity and developer experience
Review from Engineering Dept
The fact we have such high turnover is a tell-tell sign of something is not going right. Stop blaming the great-resignation...and how other companies like to hire SurveyMonkey employees. People are looking for better opportunities, way to use their skills and appreciation of their talent! Wake up!!

Communication. Supporting each individual employee, rather than treating them like an assembly line. The systems and processes are such a mess. So many meetings with so few resolutions.
Review from Sales Dept
I don't believe we have the appropriate team for our business.

For a company experiencing growth salaries do not match and promotions within the company salaries do not increase. making the likely hood of staying at momentive minimal
Review from Sales Dept
I love this company, I only wish I had a livable salary for the high cost area that I live in, inflation has made this worse with existing debt from the pandemic.
Review from Sales Dept
Not as much as the industry standard for my role of a BDR
Review from Sales Dept
I think the leadership team takes my function for granted - I'd love to see them invest more in the people who make momentive a great place to work.

pay scale is below market

Coworkers are sometimes stuck in the monotony of tasks and achieving objectives that they fail to invest in relationship building. More people need to realize and embrace that not talking about work can be one of the most effective levers for professional growth and company success.
Review from Marketing Dept
It doesn't always seem that the non-sales employees are working toward the same goals (with the same urgency) as the sales folks.
Review from Sales Dept
Transparency , expectations for the role need to clear
Review from Engineering Dept
It's less about the general employee population and more about individuals I see promoted into new roles for the sake of internal progression rather than being a top performer.
Review from Operations Dept
Do more than the bare minimum
Review from Sales Dept
Not so much the culture, I love the culture. The work flow is incredibly slow.
Review from Sales Dept
Interactive company events (virtual events such as paint night, escape room, cooking classes, drag bingo, etc..)
Review from Finance Dept
Internal efficiency and congruency are needed. The organization is very siloed by function and pillar. There is a lot of "not my table" mentality and our lack of teamwork is at the expensive of and apparent to the customer.
Review from Sales Dept
It's an America first company. International teams don't get much focus.
Review from Operations Dept
Get rid of the sorority culture in People Team and bro club in management. I remember one of the Goldie speakers said that he regretted keeping loyal employees/friends who are not good for the company for too long.

Tech onboarding is hard. Engineer infrastructure is not handy. Too many tech debts. Product develop team need to spend a lot of time on infrastructure related works
Review from Engineering Dept
See last open-ended response. In addition to that comment, there is an overall rigidity to how we work.
Review from Sales Dept
All of the executive leadership team are in the US so I feel disconnected from them. It would be nice to have some international representation in that group. It's similar in my own team and again I feel disconnected from leadership who are many timezones away.

Review from Marketing Dept
No line of communication between PMs, leadership, engineering and design. PMs do not do their job and do not have an understanding how to make the product better for the customers because they do not listen to designers and how to design it with scale in mind because they do not listen to engineers
