Just respecting everyone in the group and following through with whatever it is they say or tell you

Having our work be noticed and utilized. Being compensated for mileage and receiving some type of bonus for going above and beyond what our responsibilities ask for
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Meeting as a group and not giving excuses as to why they can't make it. Need to be able to rely on them for help and guidance if needed
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with kids and making a positive influence on their life as well as showing families that I do care about their child and do want them to succeed now and in the future
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are friendly and upbeat and usually have great ideas but i feel there's no commitment and not follow up with that is being said. I feel Th eres a lot of talking and not a lot of walking /action
