Mr. David L. Pearson, also known as Dave, has been the Chief Information Officer at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated since August 2004 and also has been its Executive Vice President since May 2010. Mr. Pearson served as a Senior Vice President of Information Technology of Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated. He joined Sykes in February 1997 as Vice President of Engineering for directing research and product development of leading edge support systems and defining SYKES' web-based support strategy. Mr. Pearson also served as Senior Vice President and Information Officer of Sykes Enterprises since August 2004. Since 2000, Mr. Pearson served as Vice President of Technology Systems Management for managing Global Information Systems and IT Operations for EMEA and APAC regions. In this capacity, he oversaw such areas as IT planning and standards, information systems, security, data centers and SYKES Network Operations Center. Mr. Pearson's 23 years of experience in technical and business management, as well as his vision, leadership and execution within rapidly evolving technology-enabled markets. Prior to Sykes, he served various engineering and technical management roles over a fifteen year period, including eight years at Compaq Computer Corporation and five years at Texas Instruments, Inc. Mr. Pearson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
