Mr. James T. Holder, also known as Jim, J.D., C.P.A., serves as the President of Sykes Acquisition, LLC. Mr. Holder has been General Counsel of Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated since December 2000, Corporate Secretary since January 2001 and Executive Vice President since May 2010. Mr. Holder served as Senior Vice President of Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated. since January 2006. In his role as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Mr. Holder was responsible for world-wide corporate legal matters including corporate organization, litigation, regulatory compliance, contracts, conducting the annual shareholder meetings and Board of Directors representation. Mr. Holder served as Vice President of 1 Enterprises, Incorporated. From November 1993 until November 2000, Mr. Holder served in various capacities at Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc., including Corporate Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and General Counsel and finally as Special Counsel. Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. is a publicly held operator and franchisor of fast food restaurants. From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Holder served as General Counsel for Health Care Products group of companies, a privately held consortium of companies involved in the sales and marketing of various health care products as well as investments in real estate and minority interests in publicly held corporations. He serves as a Director of Sykes Enterprises Incorporated Holdings B.V. Mr. Holder was held in the private practice of law with Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick in Tampa, Florida and as an associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Coopers & Lybrand) in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Holder is a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar Association, The Georgia Bar Association, The Hillsborough County Bar Association and The American Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Holder is an adjunct professor of Business Law at the University of South Florida. He has taught private Certified Public Accountant review courses throughout the country. Mr. Holder is licensed to practice law in the Courts of the State of Florida and Georgia, as well as the United States Tax Court. Mr. Holder received his Bachelors of Arts in Accounting from the University of South Florida in 1980 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia in 1983.
