Mr. Kelly Morgan serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated. During his tenure, he became Senior Vice President and General Manager of Customer Care, leading all aspects of strategy and operations including planning, financial performance, business development, sales and distribution, customer service and strategic partnerships. Mr. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and management from the University of Florida.
