Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In Vietnam, only about 1.5$ are paid for teaching assistants but they have to work with over 10 tasks per time. I always try to do my best for sure. I love to work with children at here. If the salary is higher, there is nothing to talk about. I believe with what I did for the job, I DESERVE MORE

What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick and easy but I felt like pay Ws guess work
I liked the boss at the time. She was direct and to the point but friendly and she knew education well. She was clear about what the job entailed and I appreciated her candor.
