Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They promote diversity and woman in tech to the public to manipulate the public's perception of the company but they do not reflect those values within their company. They are using the misrepresentation of woman and blacks in cyber as a gimmick to increase clients and monetary gains.
