What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Supervisors are allowing anything because the HR team isn't backing them when employees do wrong. Management is also friends and family who fratenize with hourly associates.Management fratenize then promote the hourly associate to keep them from talking.
Too little too late now. No one ever listens to the people who do the actual work.
Managements are the problems better change them.

Communication and consistency with all shifts within both facilities amongst all upper managers. Thos can be improved by bringing more group meetings for both warehouses.
