Holding people accountable for not doing their job properly. Hiring people who actually have the skills and experience instead of friends. Allowing people to be promoted within the company not just promote friends or family.Hold inventory accountable for counting wrong.

Too many task, and a peanut at the end of the month.

HR needs to take associates threatening other associates more seriously because bu them not doing so it allows room for a hostile enviroment. HR also needs to stop allowing people back into the building who were fired for legitimate reasons because they have a sob story and not backing management.

Supervisors are allowing anything because the HR team isn't backing them when employees do wrong. Management is also friends and family who fratenize with hourly associates.Management fratenize then promote the hourly associate to keep them from talking.
Too little too late now. No one ever listens to the people who do the actual work.
