Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To be more commensurate to market value and level of experience.

It is hard to justify compensation for roles that have been implemented for the first time therefore when speaking numbers there should be a comparison shown to make the employee understand why the amount was chosen for them.

benefits need a rehaul, which is coming but haven't seen the new plan yet.
