I think it's too early to tell but I like how people know that it's a job and at the end of the day we're here to make money
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't gone through a promotion cycle yet so this might change. I am worried that I may be working extremely hard and producing results but not getting paid for it
