I enjoy being with the company and working with a lot of different types of people and I also like that you can work directly with executives that see you as an asset to the team. This may not occur on all levels and I hope as we move forward we will have every employee adapt to our culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to suggestions and see the human behind the screen. This may not go for all but for the majority.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone is excited to get to know each other and work cross functionally. You are also able to wear different hats to explore other possible opportunities within the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
To work with people that like to get things done and have the best interest of the company to move it forward. Also, collaborating on different subjects and just being able to help wherever needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is hard to justify compensation for roles that have been implemented for the first time therefore when speaking numbers there should be a comparison shown to make the employee understand why the amount was chosen for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That you can share ideas and suggestions, this does not go for all but for the majority. Also, that coworkers understand your personal struggles that may appear during the work day sometimes and are fully supportive of you taking care of it and pick up the slack.
