Sysco Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Base pay and earning potential...although you have to really grind to hit targets.

Compensation is more than just monetary. Of course the financial piece is vital, that is fully rounded. The best part is the comradery and support to succeed from everyone at Sysco!

Review from Sales Dept

The place for achievement is best

Review from Product Dept

Clear cut pay scale and benefits packages

Review from Operations Dept

Not sure how to Answer since I’m still new

The long-term incentive on top of my short-term incentives and the a la carte menu for benefits.

Review from HR Dept

Employee stock participation plan is an amazing benefit! It enabled me to put my kids through college without incurring any debt.

Review from Operations Dept

Fair pricing on Medical benefits

Review from Finance Dept

Review from HR Dept

Review from HR Dept

401K match and stock purchase

Review from Sales Dept

The benefits is probably the best

Review from Operations Dept

Hourly pay & overtime pay

Review from Operations Dept

The pay and benefits are the only reason I'm still there.

Review from Operations Dept

In union so part of compensation is threw them but far as 401k that we switch to don’t like it cause they fail to so profit when it’s time to match. But shows profit when time for their bonuses

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The benefits could have been better. Stock plans etc.. as compared to the current industry standards

Review from Engineering Dept

Lack of interaction from management

Review from Operations Dept

Not taking away benefits that mean something to our people. Having things like scholarship funds is good for our future.

I feel undervalued because I have the responsibilities four people. Management keeps adding responsibilities, will not hire help and state "Keep up the good work but we cannot compensate you what you are worth. It's beyond our control."

Horrible treatment to the employees

Review from Operations Dept

Increase pay for being a frontline worker.

Review from Sales Dept

Lack of alignment between organizational goals and team goals. Me and team members do not understand how our jobs relate to what customer wants.

Review from Operations Dept

Increase in pay and vacation time

No morality here, drivers are treated like garbage.

Review from Operations Dept

Better pay, better bonuses, profit sharing

Review from Sales Dept

They act like you should be greatful that I’m in there existence. You’re just a number that can be replaced by the end of shift.

Better pay and profit sharing, better medical insurance.

Review from Sales Dept

only care about shareholders not employees

Review from Operations Dept

market compensation and yearly bonuses

We are responsible for so many other jobs and are not compensated as such.

Review from Marketing Dept

Been cutting pay about to embark onto another job. Work is too hard for pay to be cut.

Review from Operations Dept

Most unorganized company ever no one know want their doing.

Review from Sales Dept

They just keep hiring new employees and fireing old. 10 years are rare. Bonus plan unrealistic.

Review from Sales Dept

Males are shown favoritism. On a regular basis.

Review from Sales Dept

The Corp has wasted more than a billion dollars on initiatives that were ineffective or discontinued. The street employees that have the most contact with customers ie: sales, mid mngrs, drivers & marketing have had their pay reduced dramatically. Corporate leaders and consultants have proliferated
