What is the best part about your compensation package?

They not only offer 401k match but also contribute 4.5% of my pay to my 401k for me without anything from me. My 401k is really growing so much faster here due to this, and they also contribute extra money at the end of the year depending on how well the company does financially as well as pay bonus

Employee retention doesn't seem to be as important anymore.
