What is the best part about your compensation package?
They not only offer 401k match but also contribute 4.5% of my pay to my 401k for me without anything from me. My 401k is really growing so much faster here due to this, and they also contribute extra money at the end of the year depending on how well the company does financially as well as pay bonus

Existing employees are discouraged from sharing compensation info, so it is difficult to judge.
Employee retention doesn't seem to be as important anymore.

Benefits are touted as to why you're paid below market value. When you have employees who hold themselves and others accountable, you should pay them fair market rates. Many companies pay their employees fairly while offering similar benefits packages.
I found out new employees entering the role starting salaries are the same as mine and I have 5 years tenure.
