What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always very appreciative of our hard work, and even though the work is hard at least they do give bonuses and yearly raises to show appreciation for those working the hardest

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They not only offer 401k match but also contribute 4.5% of my pay to my 401k for me without anything from me. My 401k is really growing so much faster here due to this, and they also contribute extra money at the end of the year depending on how well the company does financially as well as pay bonus

What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedicated hard working team spirit
Not everyone on the team does the same work (some have different work types) but they are all very responsive and willing to help when one member doesn't know how to handle an item/situation.
My immediate team and partner teams are great. Good hard working coworkers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Certain teams are nice and collaborative. Have nice people. Nice desks. Some locations have food stations and gyms for associates.

There's a lot of space and flexibility to help you manage whatever you're going through in your home life.
Learning new skills is highly encouraged, and they really want you to succeed. When new skills are learned they often reward you with raises as well.

I like the benefits the best
I used to enjoy the culture, but it's changed quite a bit over the years. Now it feels like any other company where profits are ahead of people.
