What are some of the best things about your team?If you trust each other, you work well together. The problem lies in that the executive leadership team does not support the lower levels of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The company is doing great per leadership but raises do not reflect that. The health benefits are excellent. There is no movement up unless you are in a select group.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Recognizing it takes all types of employees to round out a business.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? The culture is spoken to be a a team oriented environment. It is not. Bullies, sabotage, and treating people with disrespect is who appear to rise up. The ceo micro manages and does not listen to his management team.
