Excuse for not giving raises is we didn't make enough money, yet we brag about all the money we make. Very confusing
Told every year the company didn't meet its goal to give raises, yet upper management brags to the world how great we are doing, and give themselves raises and bonuses

Managers don't know how to do basic jobs. Cant teach as they don't have knowledge. Therefore coworkers never learn. Company relies on few ppl in few depts to literally run everything
Nothing anymore. Push to make ppl quit or retire
Managers and supervisors never come to work or they leave early and pretend they were there all day. It gives workers time to get the work done without having to do the managers' jobs as well

Hire experienced ppl at each dept
They don't hire ppl right for the job. They hire based on factors other then experience in some depts. Then they pretend they hired a good choice even when it obvious they didnt
