There are to many techs under the impression that they are in charge.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to work with donors instead of cleaning up for other techs.

I think they treat their friends at work wonderfully, but if you aren’t in your 20s then you’re not welc
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If someone is in training have a trainer training on the specific duty and not use them to just DC donors. Have consistency in training. Have trainers speak to new members with respect instead of using condescending tones or demeaning them.
