Exciting at first, but very cliquish! Was iced out of many important activities and then blamed for it. Very unstable- layoffs every 3 months. Former division leader is a known industry bully. Loved the actual work though. Absolute best benefits, pay, and work-life balance!

Pay and bonuses are higher than all of our competitors; bonuses have multipliers. Bonus is a standard percentage of salary multiplied by factor of company's performance multiplied by individual performance. Example: $300k*35% (standard)*1.25 (company performance)*1.6 (individual performance)= $210k.
