What is the best part about your compensation package?

The number itself and competitive compensation

The salary and equity are the most exciting; however, the health care is the best part for my family.

We have an unlimited pto policy so we don't have to stress if something in life comes up and we need time away from work. This has been incredibly important during covid!

I like the perks and the pay scale

Great salary and killer benefits. Unlimited PTO and we are encouraged to use it! Great medical and dental coverage. Generous stock options.

Our benefits package is excellent. Low deductible health plan with very affordable employee premiums. They cover life, STD and LTD. Very generous on all benefits.

The insurance benefits are wonderful. Low deductible plans with very affordable/reasonable employee premiums for health plans. Very robust employee benefit line up with great perks.

I really like the remote-first policy, and the budget that we each receive to ensure our physical space is set up to be productive. I also love that we receive a stipend for internet and lunches.
