The leadership team makes sound decision and care about the employees. They get the employees are the backbone of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance benefits are wonderful. Low deductible plans with very affordable/reasonable employee premiums for health plans. Very robust employee benefit line up with great perks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team works as a team which is sometimes hard in these remote times. Very positive and we focus on getting things accomplished instead of pointing fingers and waiting on someone else to do it.
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager allows me the autotomy to get my job done. She treats me with respect and fairness and is NOT a micromanager. When I need guidance she is there to always help me.
