Very passionate and smart coworkers

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Company meetings are all about praising the leaders. None of the meeting is run effectively. Slack is the worst. I have never seen that many channels and multi-people chat created.

This company incorrectly believes that having as many people in as many meetings as possible is the way to get work done.
