- What are some of the best things about your team?The support events and channels on Slack are very helpful. The therapists are generally supportive of each other.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?While I have enjoyed working with the clients and using a new modality, I feel that therapists are paid significantly below market rate (at least 50% or more) for Masters and Doctorate-holding professionals, even if you account for the reduced overhead of online practice.
