Great managers and colleagues, clueless CEO that doesn't listen. I worked there for several years and end up leaving because the culture was so bad
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The colleagues and managers, they are all working hard to get things done, even thought the CEO in Ireland (not the American one, that one is sound) just makes everyone uncomfortable and completely demotivated
