What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leaders treat you terribly as if you are just a resource. They make you work in small rooms with up to 4 people in them. Not only that they constantly lie about projects. You will join a developer but will be doing the working in Support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?If the didnt lie about the projects and actually paid overtime when the project requires constant overtime.
