He served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian First Financial Group Inc. from December 1998 to March 2001 and CT Securities Services Inc. from December 1995 to June 1998. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Syntegrity Group. He served as the Executive Chairman of blutip Power Technologies Ltd. from February 2012 and served as its Chairman until February 2012. He served as the Interim Chairman of blutip Power Technologies since July 18, 2011. He has been a Director of Hy-Drive Technologies Ltd. since June 12, 2007.
