Interacting with my direct supervisors and learning something new each day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisors are absolutely amazing - they listen well, ask how I'm doing with my position, what, if anything I need to continue doing my job well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work as an intern and do have health insurance options, but it is still too expensive for me to utilize. Medical, dental, visual is offered for part-time work in addition to a 401(k) option where the company contributes.
