There is a huddle every morning to start the day, and everybody works cohesively.

It seems like they truly care about every employee, and are flexible and encouraging.

The base pay is satisfactory, and on top of that the quarterly bonuses are a huge incentive.

The effort from the higher ups to encourage lower level positions to work hard and possibly to move up.
