They really care for each other and there isn't any bad apples who will try and exploit weaknesses to get ahead. Everyone respects each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The proactive communication with the rest of the company about direction of the firm, major event/changes and the state of the company, for better or worse. They also really value talent.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The quick/fast communication. TD Isn't a place where you go for an interview and never hear back. They will call or email you the day after the interview for a good review or negative.
