
I enjoy interacting with certain colleagues and collaborating so that I feel part of a team (not my own team).
Pre-acquisition, Leadership kept associates informed and shared information as promptly as possible. They promoted a collegial environment and safe, happy workplace.
I am not paid at market rate. Obviously a raise would help. Having a manager that instills confidence and allows growth would make my job more fulfilling.
For me personally, a better trained manager and a more robust, well-rounded team. For the company as a whole, it is hard to know post-acquisition. The average associate is so far removed from the leadership team, there is little to no insight.
