The incentive that I get to earn the firm more and also satisfy/help more clients.

There is enough food to put on the dinner plate
The base pay is satisfactory, and on top of that the quarterly bonuses are a huge incentive.
Health benefits are pretty good

What are some of the best things about your team?
Excellent, motivated, hard-working team and respecting the ethics of the group
They really care for each other and there isn't any bad apples who will try and exploit weaknesses to get ahead. Everyone respects each other.
